It's a festival unlike any other, a celebration of underground subcultures and the art they create. The Ink-N-Iron Kustom Culture Festival takes place this June 12 through 14, on board the historic Queen Mary steamship in Long Beach, California. Part art show, part music concert, and part auto show, this unique three-day event showcases the best of create-your-own culture. Discover amazing hot rods and custom cars, live music shows throughout the weekend, tantalizing burlesque performances, and the best of 50s fashions showcased on stage and in the crowd. The main attraction is the international tattoo art show, which covers three floors of the ship. Tattoo artists come from all over the globe for this lavish affair, which features breathtaking views of the water and Long Beach city skyline. The Ink-N-Iron Kustom Culture Festival is creative expression at its finest, and the crowd will be dressed to the nines. Watch for pinup girls in corsets and 50s hairdos, classic cats with pompadours, celebrated tattoo artists and swing dancing in the crowd. And don't forget about the music - this wild festival features a huge lineup of performers. Headliners include Pennywise, Wanda Jackson, Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, Peter Murphy, Gary Numan, Fishbone and The Slackers. You'll also encounter a pole performer showcase and championship competition, a pin-up pageant with beauty queens, and a Pleasure Portal Cabaret. Visit the Kulture Klash Art Show and browse at the Vintage Fashion Boutique - and of course, get yourself tatted up for a permanent souvenir.
