LANightlife.com is looking for a confident, energetic sales rep interested in a commission only advertising/sales position.
You will be responsible for prospecting, identifying and closing new advertising business as well as overseeing clients' advertising campaigns. This position is PART-TIME, commission based, and pays high commissions.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Sell web page digital ads & sponsorships

Prospect for new business targeting potential advertisers to acquire new accounts,
making in-person sales calls and meetings with potential clients (hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs)

Develop a growth plan for each account that includes in person visitation/sales calls as approved by the Publisher

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong customer service & client relations skills

Comfortable executing all aspects of our local marketing initiatives including setting up deals with venues throughout Los Angeles

This is a Part Time position.

LANIGHTLIFE.com seeks freelance Nightlife Writers for its online guide, directory and weekly newsletter. You need to be on the cutting edge of what's going on in town, very involved in the CLUB SCENE and be able to interview local bands/DJs/Club Owners/Bartenders + contribute new/insider/useful/cool articles every week. Only serious writers living in Los Angeles with in depth knowledge of the LA Nightlife need to apply - SEO experience and video production a plus.
