One of the few LA downtown restaurants in this area, Lazy Ox caters to the few brave local residents and the adventurous eaters that have caught wind of this new dining sensation. With a menu that spans many oceans the cuisine of many countries, at Lazy Ox you might nibble on fresh fried sardines from the nearby fish market, crispy pigs ears with aioli or brick-roasted mussels with homemade sriracha (Thai chili sauce). Many diners claim that Lazy Ox burgers are the best in town, served on a fresh-baked bun next to local cheeses and fresh mustard.
