After discovering dubstep at the young age of 10, he kept at his craft and has been making a major impact in the dance scene today. Known for his killer collaborations with Excision, Bro Safari, LAXX, and most recently Modestep, Dion is sure to crush the AVALON mainstage. ,br / Blunts & Blondes, known for bringing very heavy dubstep to all of his sets is sure to keep the energy knob cranked to 11 when he returns to Control. Hailing from Tampa, Florida which has a massive budding bass music community, Mike Guard is making waves in not only the Southeast coast bass community, but national stages as well. ,br / Geo, started his music career at the age of 13 and hasn't let up since. Hailing from the city of Long Beach, he has been killing the game headlining many shows locally as well as supporting some major names in dance music. Because of the club's extended hours, DJs have the time to play marathon sets of two hours or more. Tips

On nights with popular artists, the line at Avalon runs the length of the block. You can often enter through the Spider Club - just be sure to tip the door guy! The cheapest parking around is on the other side of Hollywood Boulevard on Argyle Avenue.
