Barragan's Restaurant

1538 W Sunset Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90026

On Sunset in Echo Park you will find Barragan's, which on Wednesday nights becomes locals favorite spot to drink on the cheap. Don't be surprised to see hoards of indie band looking dudes running around. No they are not The Mars Volta, believe me, I've checked. Perhaps too many $2.50 margaritas are to blame for that lapse of judgment, but how can I care if I'm wrong when it feels so right? No seriously, margaritas are $2.50 all Wednesday night! Head up to the upstairs bar and grab a spot in the cafeteria like setting. They give you free chips and salsa, and the set up is totally conducive to chatting up the adorable hipster/hipstriss(?) at the next table.
