Opera is a spacious, super-decadent Hollywood club brought to you by the same owners as Crimson. And when we say huge, we mean huge! You and maybe 100 of your closest buddies can jam out on the dance floor with room to spare. The nice thing about Opera is that the couches are open for free sitting until people start ordering bottle service. This means you can rest your bones a little before getting up to rock the house down. The DJs here play a great mix of Top 40 and hip hop, and occasionally will throw something a little more obscure in, so if you remember the song, don’t be afraid to show the love!
Opera seems to be concerned about the comfort of your experience here, realizing that you’re probably in 8-inch heels, or with a girl who is, and feet start to hurt after a couple hours in those things. The couches everywhere are extremely comfy and just what the doctor ordered after sweating it out on the dance floor. They have a lounge area that’s so comfortable, you’ll feel like you’re at home (except dressed to the nines and with loud music blaring in the background).

Whether you're full on into the hipster lifestyle, or just feel like experimenting this weekend, Harvard and Stone is the place to go. With an awesome crowd that seems like they just finished sifting through old records before they showed up, this venue is a great place to grab a mixed drink with friends and try out those new non-prescription glasses you bought at the flea market. People take their drinks seriously these days, and Oldfield's makes sure that liquor aficionados have a place to call their own. Serving up stiff drinks with things like jalapeno honey, Creole shrub, and produce straight from the local farmer's market, this old-timey Westside bar knows how to keep the locals happy and coming back for more each night. The Parlour Room is everything a local yearns for in a bar. The specialty cocktails are excellent and inventive. The inside is reminiscent of Old Hollywood charm and the outdoor area is ideal for chatting with a date or a friend by the burning brick fireplace. This place is so worth stepping off Hollywood Boulevard and venturing into the neighborhood. View
